This workshop will model the lens of experimental practice cultivated by the artistic collaborators of TSMP over 15 seasons of dance making. Led by veteran company member and teaching artist Anne Kasdorf, participants will dig into their own movement impulses within a contemporary technical framework. Supported by somatics and improvisational processes, this series will emphasize and offer extended periods of exploration in which to restore, envision and maximize the expressiveness of individual movement preferences.
